Often referred to by midwives as the AquaDural, laboring in water has been known to help relax the mother; both decreasing the pain and duration of labor. I typically attend several waterbirths per month, and I highly recommend utilizing the soothing benefits of water.
You are welcome to labor in your own tub, or reserve one of ours....
By far our most decadent labor pool, this tub is both heated and jetted. It comfortably accomodates 2 and can be set up (and enjoyed) several weeks prior to birth. Features 4 adjustable jets, temperature controls, a securely fitted lid, and built-in water filter. You won't want to give it back! Dimensions~ 22" depth, 48" internal diameter
Rental includes: delivery ($50 more for delivery outside of Colorado Springs), hose for filling, faucet adapter, sump-pump for draining, and pick-up.
This is out largest tub available, easily accommodating 2 people (plus baby!) The tub features a built in heater, for easy temperature maintainence, and can be set up weeks ahead of time. Dimensions~ 24" deep, 60" internal diameter

This inflatable tub is oval shaped to allow for greater comfort, even in taller mothers. It has handles on either side, a padded bottom, and vertical chambers for more support. Set-up is quick and easy. It accomodates one, and is intended for indoor use only. Dimensions~ 63" x 53" x 25"
